At our last review of this online poker site, (31st May 2007 at 11.00 GMT) there were 9,071 players logged in, on 551 poker tables.

There is no instant play option at the moment, so it has to be downloaded. At TonyG Poker you can play Holdem Poker (fixed, pot and no limit), Omaha Poker (hi and hi/lo) and Seven Card Stud Poker (hi and hi/lo).

Tournaments have buy-in's ranging from freerolls ( free poker ) to $440. "Sit and go's" cost from 10c to $1,000. Cash poker games start at 1/2c and go up to $100/$200.

There is progressive jackpot on the sit and go's. If you can win 6 consecutive sit and go's you win a jackpot of up to $50,000.

There is also a bounty paid if you knock "Loudmouth" (TonyG) out of a tournament.

Layout

The layout is the same as that of V.C. Poker and Titan Poker.

The Main Lobby has a "windows filing system" type search bar to the left, tables scroll down a central window, and details of the highlighted games are shown in the left window.

The Tournament Lobby is nice and clean, and concise showing prize pools, table data etc., it also shows tournament positions.

The site uses 10 player poker tables and you have a choice of 10 avatars. By right clicking on your opponent you find out where they reside, personally I like to know that.
